Athletics at St. Paul Lutheran School

Helping the child grow and develop to the limits of his/her God-given potential is an important part of any program that educates the “whole” child. Physical education with one of our two athletic instructors is offered twice a week for children in Kindergarten through 8th grade. At St. Paul we are excited to offer extra-curricular sport programs as well.

We encourage and develop the attitude that everything done in life, including choice of play activities, conduct while participating, respect for rules and authority, as well as cooperation with others should reflect a Christian character.

Beginning in Fifth Grade students may become involved in Track and Field. In Fifth through Eighth grades all extra-curricular sports are available for students to try-out. Junior Varsity (5^th-6^th) grades and Varsity (7^th-8^th) teams are available. These sports include; soccer, volleyball, flag football, basketball, track and field, softball, golf, cheerleading, and tennis. St. Paul is part of the N.G.C.A.C. (Northern Gold Coast Athletic Conference). This conference consists of Lutheran schools from Delray to Pompano Beach. We are proud to say that the following achievements have been made over the years by our St. Paul teams:
